Quit Smoking Master JAENESKO

🥒 About this app. One month of Premium is plenty

Free ・ はじめに ・ 2026-07-05 ・ 3min

Almost everything in Quit Smoking Master is free. Premium is worth it for "just the first month" — an honest take.

Thank you for downloading Quit Smoking Master. Before anything else, let us — the people who make this app, and a kappa with a cucumber in its mouth — be honest with you.

Almost everything here is free

The quit timer, money saved, body recovery, widgets, the "urge" log and analysis, the 14-day program, the cutting-down program. Every tool for staying smoke-free is free to use, and it will stay that way.

Putting a paywall in front of the tools would keep them from the people who need help the most.

So what is Premium?

It's these columns. Quit-smoking treatment, the science of addiction, the latest on heated tobacco, and stories from people who've been there — you get unlimited reading. It's ¥480 a month, priced lower than a single pack of cigarettes.

An honest suggestion: "just the first month" is enough

The hardest part of quitting is the first month.

・Withdrawal symptoms peak around the third smoke-free day

・It takes a few weeks for your brain to get used to not smoking

・Once you're past this, it gets surprisingly easier

And it's during this hardest stretch that **knowledge works best**. Simply knowing "this is hard not because my willpower is weak, but because my brain's circuitry is recovering" changes how easily you ride out an urge.

So here's how we suggest using it:

・When you start quitting, subscribe to Premium for one month

・Arm yourself with the reading and get over the hump during the tough period

・Once you feel "I've got this," cancel

Canceling is easy, anytime

Go to your device's "Settings" → your name → "Subscriptions," and you can cancel anytime. There's no screen trying to talk you out of it.

Would we be sad if you canceled after one month? Quite the opposite. It means you got over the hump, and the kappa will celebrate with all its heart. Congratulations on graduating.

For those who stay with us anyway

Articles will keep growing. Even after your quit is stable, the science of addiction and other people's stories work as "reading that keeps you from going back." We'd be happy if you kept us around, casually.

Here's hoping your quit goes well.
