利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「禁煙マスター」開発者（以下「運営者」）が提供する iOSアプリ「禁煙マスター」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
医療に関する重要なお知らせ
本アプリは、禁煙を支援するための情報提供および行動サポートを目的としたものであり、医療行為・診断・治療を提供するものではありません。持病がある方、体調に不安がある方、ニコチン依存の治療を検討される方は、必ず医師・薬剤師等の専門家にご相談ください。本アプリの情報は、専門家による助言に代わるものではありません。
1. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、禁煙・減煙の記録、経過や節約額の可視化、読み物（コラム・レッスン）、通知などの機能を提供します。読み物は一般的な情報提供を目的とし、その正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
2. サブスクリプション（プレミアム）
- プレミアムは自動更新される月額サブスクリプションで、料金は月額 480円（税込・Apple の定める価格に準じます）です。
- 初回に7日間の無料トライアルが提供される場合があります。無料トライアル期間中に解約した場合、料金は発生しません。
- 料金は購入確定時に Apple ID アカウントへ請求されます。
- サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間以上前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新され、更新料金が請求されます。
- 購入後の管理・自動更新の解約は、端末の「設定」＞Apple ID＞「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
- 無料トライアルの未使用分は、サブスクリプション購入時に失効する場合があります。
3. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、本アプリの運営を妨害する行為、リバースエンジニアリング等により本アプリを不正に利用する行為を行ってはなりません。
4. 免責事項
運営者は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、期待する結果（禁煙の成功等）を保証するものではありません。運営者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、運営者に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
5. 知的財産権
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（キャラクター・イラスト・文章・デザイン等）に関する知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
6. 本規約の変更
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
7. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "Quit Smoking Master" (the "App") provided by the developer of "Quit Smoking Master" ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Important medical notice
The App is intended to provide information and behavioral support for quitting smoking. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, feel unwell, or are considering treatment for nicotine dependence, please consult a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified professional. The information in the App is not a substitute for professional advice.
1. About the App
The App provides features such as quit/reduction tracking, visualization of progress and savings, reading content (articles and lessons), and notifications. Reading content is for general information only, and we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Subscription (Premium)
- Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription priced at 480 JPY per month (or the equivalent set by Apple).
- A 7-day free trial may be offered for first-time subscribers. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the App in violation of law or public order, interfere with its operation, or misuse it through reverse engineering or similar means.
4. Disclaimer
We do not warrant that the App is fit for your particular purpose or that it will produce any expected result (such as successfully quitting). Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
5. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights in the App and its content (characters, illustrations, text, design, etc.) belong to us or the rightful owners.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
7. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
