プライバシーポリシー
「禁煙マスター」開発者（以下「運営者」）は、iOSアプリ「禁煙マスター」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 基本方針
本アプリは、利用者の情報を原則として利用者の端末内でのみ処理します。運営者は、利用者の個人情報を収集・保存するサーバーを運用していません。
2. 端末内で扱う情報
本アプリでは、以下の情報を利用者の端末内（およびウィジェット共有領域）にのみ保存します。これらが運営者へ送信されることはありません。
- 喫煙プロフィール（1日の本数・価格・タバコの種類など、利用者が入力した情報）
- 禁煙・減煙の記録（開始日時、「吸いたい」ログ、達成状況、レッスン進捗など）
- アプリの設定（言語、外観、通知の有無など）
本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらの端末内データは削除されます。
3. ネットワーク通信
本アプリは、コラム記事やレッスンなどの読み物コンテンツを取得するために、公開されているコンテンツ配信先（GitHub 上の公開ファイル）へ通信します。この通信で運営者が個人情報を送信・取得することはありません。なお、一般的な通信に伴う技術情報（IPアドレス等）は、配信を担う各事業者（GitHub / CDN 等）のポリシーに基づき処理される場合があります。
4. 課金・サブスクリプション
プレミアム（月額サブスクリプション）の購入・課金・更新・復元は、Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。決済情報は Apple が処理し、運営者はクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取りません。会員状態の判定は、端末内の StoreKit を通じて行われます。
5. 通知
本アプリの通知はすべて端末内でスケジュールされるローカル通知です。通知のために運営者が利用者の情報を外部へ送信することはありません。通知の許可・拒否は端末の設定およびアプリ内でいつでも変更できます。
6. 解析・トラッキング
本アプリは、第三者の広告・解析SDKを組み込んでおらず、他社サービスをまたいだ利用者のトラッキングを行いません。
7. iCloud（任意）
利用者が iCloud 同期を有効にした場合、端末内データは Apple の iCloud を通じて利用者自身のアカウント内で同期されます。この場合の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。運営者が当該データにアクセスすることはありません。
8. お子様の利用について
本アプリは喫煙・禁煙をテーマとしており、お子様を対象としていません。
9. 情報の第三者提供
運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません（そもそも運営者は利用者の個人情報を収集していません）。

11. 本ポリシーの変更
運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
Privacy Policy
The developer of "Quit Smoking Master" ("we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of information in the iOS app "Quit Smoking Master" (the "App").
1. Core principle
The App processes your information only on your device. We do not operate any server that collects or stores your personal data.
2. Information stored on your device
The following is stored only on your device (and its widget shared container) and is never transmitted to us:
- Smoking profile (cigarettes per day, price, tobacco types and other details you enter)
- Quit / reduction records (start time, craving logs, milestones, lesson progress)
- App settings (language, appearance, notification preferences)
Uninstalling the App deletes this on-device data.
3. Network communication
The App downloads reading content (articles and lessons) from a public content source (public files hosted on GitHub). We neither transmit nor obtain personal data in these requests. Standard technical information incidental to any network request (such as IP address) may be processed by the delivery providers (e.g., GitHub / CDN) under their own policies.
4. Purchases & subscription
Purchase, billing, renewal and restoration of Premium (a monthly subscription) are handled through Apple's App Store. Payment is processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment details. Subscription status is verified on-device via StoreKit.
5. Notifications
All notifications are local notifications scheduled on your device. We do not transmit your information externally for notifications. You can change notification permissions at any time in device settings and within the App.
6. Analytics & tracking
The App contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
7. iCloud (optional)
If you enable iCloud sync, on-device data is synced within your own account through Apple's iCloud, governed by Apple's privacy policy. We do not access that data.
8. Children
The App concerns smoking and quitting and is not directed to children.
9. Disclosure to third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide your information to third parties (we do not collect your personal data in the first place).
